Using TokenGo means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Use of the service
You must comply with applicable law. Illegal, fraudulent, infringing or harmful use is prohibited.
3. Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Actions taken under your account are attributed to you.
4. Billing & renewal
Paid plans renew automatically per billing cycle and can be canceled in Account. Incurred usage is non-refundable; prepaid credits are consumed on actual usage.
5. Intellectual property
TokenGo brand, copy, UI, and code belong to us. You retain ownership of content you generate and grant us the rights needed to operate the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect. Continued use means acceptance.

9. AI-Generated Content Labeling
Some images, video, audio, and text on this platform are generated or synthesized by artificial intelligence. In accordance with applicable AI-content regulations, we apply explicit and/or implicit labels to AI-generated content. You must not remove, alter, conceal, or forge such labels; if you distribute such content, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable AI-content labeling requirements.
